Deliveries and delivery notes
Each delivery note sits on its order with the carrier and a tracking link when a shipment number is recorded. The first delivery note moves the order to In Delivery, so the retailer sees what is on its way.
Delivery notes, claims, returns, reorders and invoices between brands, showrooms and retailers sit on the order they belong to. Your order system stays where it is. What changes is the work after the order, with fewer emails, spreadsheets and phone calls.

Order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes arrive by upload or, where enabled, by forwarded email. Your team reviews them, and each one lands on the order it belongs to.
A retailer reports a claim with photos and the affected pieces. The brand decides the outcome, such as a credit note, a return or a replacement. The whole conversation stays on the case.
A return is its own order, and a credit note can follow. A swap request asks for a return and a reorder at once. When the brand accepts it, both are created.
Retailers send a reorder request as a ticket. Brand and showroom open the brand’s own order system right from the request. Once the brand accepts, the reorder sits next to the earlier orders.
Reminders go out before and after the due date, on the days the brand chooses. Retailers pay by card through the brand’s own Stripe account once it is connected, and the payment comes back matched to the invoice.
Today that work runs through email threads, spreadsheets, chat groups and phone calls. On Labelloop every message sits on the case it is about. Nobody has to ask where a delivery or a payment stands.
Everything that happens between brand, showroom and retailer after the order is placed. That means deliveries and delivery notes, documents, claims, returns, reorders, invoices and payments. From our years as fashion agents we know it takes up most of a showroom’s working week.
No. Your ordering tool stays and the order keeps running where it runs today. Labelloop picks it up from there through your order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices.
Right in Labelloop, with at least one photo, the item, size, quantity and reason. Brand and showroom are notified by email, and the retailer hears from Labelloop when the status changes.
Yes. If the brand has connected its Stripe account, you pay the invoice online right in Labelloop. If not, you pay the way you agreed with the brand, and the invoice still shows its status to both sides.
Yes. The costs sit with your suppliers. That does not change after a trial period, there is none.
