Each claim keeps its case context

A claim can be linked to the relevant order, but the order link is optional. Claimed items and photos stay on the case, and a credit note outcome can be linked directly. Claims do not carry a delivery-note relation.

04 · Payments

Pay from the invoice

When an invoice is eligible and the brand has completed setup for a supported provider, an online payment link opens checkout for that invoice. Otherwise you continue with the agreed payment route. Completed online payments stay matched to the invoice.

A retailer Copilot for questions about open invoices is on the roadmap. The current Copilot is available in brand and admin workspaces, where it answers from role-visible data and suggests records or follow-up questions to open.

How do I get in?

A brand you buy from invites you with a link, or you create your account yourself and connect your brands through Discovery.

What if a brand I buy from is not on Labelloop?

You can point it to Labelloop. The rollout on the brand side takes days, and your workspace stays free either way.

Can I pay the way I already pay?

For eligible invoices, yes. An online payment link is available after the brand has completed setup for a supported provider. Other invoices continue through the payment route agreed with the brand.

Is our data safe?

Labelloop scopes access by role and organization, serves protected uploads through authenticated routes and puts AI-assisted processing behind a configuration gate.
