Reminder stages run on days 3, 14 and 30 for overdue invoices, and bookkeeping exports to DATEV. You can also set payment terms or a payment plan.

Photos and affected pieces stay in one case, with an order reference when linked. You decide on a credit note or return, and the retailer sees the recorded outcome.

Ask, and it answers with numbers

The Copilot is available in brand workspaces. Ask about open invoices and it answers from role-visible data, draws the analysis and suggests records or follow-up questions. Suggested actions open the relevant workspace so your team can decide and continue.

Documents enter one review flow

Forward an invoice to your import mailbox or drop in a whole folder. Structured e-invoices (ZUGFeRD, Factur-X, XRechnung) are read from their XML. When AI-assisted analysis is enabled, other supported documents can receive reviewable extraction and matching suggestions. Documents that need attention stay in the review queue for confirmation.

What if my retailers do not join?

Retailers join by invite and pay nothing. For stores that stay on e-mail, the import mailbox keeps reading their documents, so your record stays complete either way.

How does our existing data get in?

Setup covers it. We bring in your retailers, seasons and open orders together, and from day one the import mailbox files new documents by itself.

Does Labelloop work with our bookkeeping?

Yes. Payments and invoices export to DATEV in one click, and structured e-invoices such as ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and XRechnung are read natively.

What does it cost?
